Our Kitchen is based in West Street in Bedminster, where back in 2014 we created a bespoke kitchen for delivered /serviced catering. Sally Walker and Tom Bailey are committed to delivering the best service and tastiest dishes for their clients in partnership with their team of experienced chef’s, waiting staff and delivery drivers.
Every function is a challenge and given great attention to detail. Regular clients are extremely important to us ,and as such we have been catering for the directors at The Bristol Port Company for over 15 years.
We have had many interesting challenges and varied briefs over the last 30 years, from canapes to welcome Paul McCartney to a Bristol venue, to a wedding at the National Trust’s Dyrham Park. One of our most challenging briefs was for the ‘The Festival of the Sea’ where we had to trundle our very delicate canapes on a trolley over the cobbled streets of Bristol docks, to the event space on the bottom deck of the Matthew after negotiating the ship’s steep ladders. We could see why our client suggested we bring young and agile staff!
